What level of flexibility should I be at in order to stretch with you?
I train ALL levels. Whether you have an extrensive background in dance, gymnastics, circus, yoga, or any other sport, or you have absolutely zero flexibility background, I would love to assist in your flexibility training!
Is there an age limit?
No. I can work with any age. I have trained children as young as 2.5 years old and adults over the age of 50. All ages are welcome!
How much do you charge?
Send me an email and I will give you more information. Pricing depends on private instruction, workshops, skype, or group class.

I still do not understand what you mean by "active flexibility".
Active flexibility is the way I describe the type of flexibility training I give. Not only will you be stretching, but you will also be conditioning, getting your heart rate up, and increasing your stamina. While there are many instances where you will hold poses to help improve your flexiblity, there will be many more moments where you are moving to help improve your flexibility.
